You mist + rain on round 1, kill squirrel in 4 turns, get mist and arrows for round 2, use them, deal with round 2 by delaying and gravity the dark thing, move on to vohu, abstain 1 turn from debuffs, spam debuffs after that, use your anat and wind buncle, nuke the book to 20%, cog summon for multiattack and Kitty Dance with Miku, deal with the 2nd mini-boss while your SR charlotta walls every vohu and 2nd mini-boss ougis (if vohu has gravity and delay you can tank both on the same turn) all while using rose queen call for maximum damage absorption.
After dealing with the 2nd mini-boss vohu will be around 50% HP because you're smart enough to kill the 2nd boss with the chain burst and ougi the boss. Then you just have to wall vohu and rose queen each ougi.
If an ally dies and it's not your MC, Shiki covers a lot of the damage and can sometimes delay with the 3rd skill if lucky. Use Celeste call when vohu is under 50% HP to mitigate the refresh.

There I just gave you a complete newshitter guide of what I do. Cleric + Veil gimps your damage and vohu hits you over 1k without mist + rain. Eat shit.

The only debuffs she casts is sleep when under 50% hp. That confusion + death only casts it once because I'm smart enough to get it to the 25% trigger when it's close to charging. Then I can finish it before it casts it again. It becomes harder if your MC dies because you can't use summons anymore.

Your argument is that if you can't deal enough damage with any setup (regardless of classes or characters) to clear the 1st round, it makes the run impossible because you lack enough damage or debuff clearing. And that's where you're wrong as I explained in a longer post how to deal with it using a DF without any kind of clear.

On a serious note just don't attack vohu until the book boss is down. It makes the run way harder and I'm dependent on luck for the most part. I should probably bring clear instead of rain so I don't have to waste so many turns without using anat. Nightmares appear way less than with cerberus and fenrir so I'm still experimenting.

Yeah, direct poaching is far more effective. Rather than being passive about it, you need to let other players know that you are actively interested in them and they might consider. Even if there is not a high chance of recruiting them, at the very least, your guild will be on their radar.

The main issue with directly poaching is damaging relations with the players of the guild being poached from, in the case of you or anyone else in your guild are friends with the people in the poached guild. It's why Lum1/Lum2/Atelier never poached from each other in the beginning - all of the oldfags from those guilds are at least acquainted with each other in some way with some being very good friends.
