This looks viable enough to me. You wouldn't get as much damage on an untricked Wheel as you would on a dedicated build, but it should still be okay. The missing points in BLT shouldn't make too much of a difference. You could even tack on a Cannon if you wanted to.

The first phase is super easy, it's basically Cleric Beast.
Second phase: hit and run is effective. This is the bullshit phase because of the retarded hitboxes. Use magic if you can to get him to his final phase.
Final phase is the easiest of all, walk backwards and wait for him to swipe at you, then smack his arm a couple of times.
