I was thinking about making vaan a knight/bushi because I heard thats a really strong combo, only issue with this is then I havw two knights and Im not sure if this is redundant or not

Any ideas on what I should do? Maybe bushi/shikari for vaan? Also what are some good pics for the other characters?

Luckily, characters added after a specific time remove the realm requirement. Everyone goes through the RM grind hell for a while, but since there are really only a couple of critical ones you can stop once you pick those up and only do them casually. You should also be able to use dailies for some of those now...I think.

It's a common chokepoint in the game, if you didn't save right before it then hopefully you at least have Ramza's Guts skills unlocked.

Spam Cheer(or whatever the speed increase one is) and eventually you'll get multiple turns for each one of his. Then you trounce him. Other options are making Ramza a Monk and equipping as much PA+ stuff as you can, since the Monk formula is a bit top-heavy, you can likely one-shot him.

Yes. You just need to be double-sure that you can handle downed units and status in a trial, and thankfully Trance Terra is an excellent team member to off-raise with alongside Rikku.
Your last base to cover when running no Healer is the ability to deal with Status effects. If you have a unit that can do it well, you are set. Rikku's TMR can be an excellent way to solve this, having it on a unit that is status immune makes status effects a non-issue if you are healing sufficiently.
I do pity you on one thing though: You need 12 copies of Letters and Arms, the best MAG materia in the game. It is conditional on the user also having a sword equipped, and you can basically never get enough of them with the team you have described above. Other than that, you are set though.

Right now, my goal above all else is to be ready for Cloud when he drops, without spending a billion dollars to get him. I am currently at Zoldaad in the story, and am considering only doing Daily pulls for the NieR event, because I already have a full meta team except for a finisher.
/ffg/'s thoughts? I know the NieR units are dope but I want Cloud above all else, and I really want to be able to go absolutely ham on his banner when the time comes.

I didn't save for or get Orlandu but I have saved for two units, Tilith and Rikku. Basically, all I did was not spend tickets and only spent lapis on daily pulls. I see people here spending every ticket as soon as they get them and all I really did was not do that. There's no real trick to it other than save resources and get lucky. Thanks for the tifas, I already have 'em but they're always appreciated.

There's a tab for modifying mp decks specifically.
I'm pretty sure that's your sp deck.
If I were you, I'd use the second one since it appears to be the best one of the 3.
Just go to the mp deck tab and make it there.
Also, you really need to get it to 8*.
It doesn't really matter for 1 or 2 star sicarius fights because the people carrying you will kill the boss before the second turn but you probably won't last to the second turn in 3* battles.
Also once you get it to 8* you can buy an item in the shop that allowws you to have any of the costume versions at the max stats available to that class.
