Healing factor is a great skill if you play a static class like Inquisitor. Sure you have safety zone, but it will deplete quickly with 10 mobs around you hitting you. So casting healing factor+safety zone and then Breaking wheel is excellent, as you continue to regen health while hitting the wheel and even when Safety zones depletes you'll still be covered.
If you use PD2 you have a "fire and forget" kind of damage, so you can cast BDS/Inci/Pandemic/whatever while still being mobile, so being tied to a HF tile is sub-optimal.

That's why you cast safety zone before OOB, so you won't be affected by status/knockback too.
If you use HF and OOB you can still be silenced or knocked back and then you'll be under heavy damage.
OOB experience is only needed for astral explosion (Autoattacking while in OOB os just stupid when you get to PD). Casting Safety Zone gives plenty of time to OOB+Astral Explosion. It gives enough time to OOB and Prakriti the fuck away if you'll need it for whatever reason.
Healing factor is just not needed on a SadhuPd2 imo, but it can be nice to sit on it if you need a break/all your skills are on cooldown for some reason.

I just had two words with a SR3 that said that running/ Fast money dungeons were 170 and 200, while I always thought that the best dungeon for this was the lvl 140 one, as it gves the most ammount of money for the time spent inside it.

You get around 330k for each run of 170, 250k for each run of 140. Don't know about 200. I prefer doing 140, much faster but my SR also isn't that well equipped. So maybe with aspana and better gear overall its worth doing the 170/200.

as european I actually chose klai for time zones. When It's morning here it's 4 a.m in Klai, so optimal when I need to farm material as there aren' t many people around. While when it's evening here it's afternoon in klai, so people will play. I like the concept of Runecaster as a kind of "has powerful skills with long cast times and little synergy" wizard but IMC has pussied out on letting those skills actually be strong. It's basically Rune of Ice: The class and will stay that way as long as IMC is terrified to let people cast while giant.

Strongest builds:

wiz3 ele3 warlock 2: "vanilla" caster (elementalist) that has very good AoE DPS
Clerics: Very strong in this game, some of them have damage, all of them have heals. There's a lot of strong cleric builds, some of them are good for party play, some of them are very good for solo.
Some strong builds might include:
something priest 3 chaplain something: buffbot, good for solo play, deals a lot of damage with autoattacks
cleric2/3/bokor1/diev1 sadhu3 PD2: AoE DPS class that has pretty good damage for being a cleric while still having heals and some other support skills
cleric2/3 priest2/3 something something taoist: full support that has a lot of build flexibility and is desired in the only endgame content
