This decision seems to have a mistake. Why would Ruthenia lose a core on one of its biggest cities when you take this decision? Also I think it would be useful to have a decision for Slavic regions to rename them when they get independence. Ok, started my first Vicky 2 game I've played CK2 and EUIV and HOI III/Darkest Hour and I'm wondering if I'm doing things right. I forget what time period I'm at (I think the early 1840's) and I'm playing Japan. I've got Burnei and Johore annexed and I'm westernizing as quick as possible. I'm getting Russia as a friend and I'm trying to make the UK and the Dutch friendly as well. However, should I be wary of the eternal Anglo/Dutch and should I of gone after mainland Asia, such as Korea and Dai Nam, instead of the SEA nations. Also, fucking Dutch are going to get Atjeh, which is pisses me off. Also, can I get Hawaii where I am (such as justifying a war against them)?
