I finally got it but I had to switch hector back out for camus and for some reason the starting position of olivia/rein on the bottom makes a difference. If I started with Rein on the left square the red cav always moved right, if he starts on the right one the red cav goes down.

I have hone cav on all of them and Cecilia has a blade tome
Start with Reinhardt bottom left, Cecilia to his right, Xander at the top with Azura to his right.
First turn have Cecilia nuke Berkut, dance her, move down to nuke the second lancer, then drag Cecilia down with Reinhardt and finally move Xander down one space.
The archer will attack Azura but she'll survive and the red mage should do nothing to her while the green cav moves down to go after tiny hands.
Next turn nuke the archer and green mage with Cecilia+Azura while Xander+Reinhardt tag team the archer. After that just clean up the green cav.

Rein with tier 1 lancebreaker, a dancer, a tank who can handle Berkut and the bow, and a finisher will get you through it.

>take out the extra blue cav with Rein from the bottom
>juggle him and the dancer out of range towards the bottom right
>Put your tank on the lower right defensive tile and pray the red cav moves down instead of right
>Next turn dance Rein around the lower right to kill Berkut and use your tank + finisher unit from the top right to kill the archer

That's the hard part, from there you can maneuver around the red unit and get it done. The hard part about this entire fight is getting the red cav to move the wrong way and having a tank that can live through the archer.

If I've already got a vanilla Rein/Cecilia/Xander/Camus horse team would it be worth dropping 40,000 feathers on outfitting a blade Ursula to take the spot of Camus? Arena Defense wins are hard to come by now at the higher ranks with so many defensive tiles and I feel like I need to change things up. Just how good is a fully setup Ursula?

Which is the better bane on a +10 Nino (fury/desperation) , -res or -def?

-res can tank an Ike, Ryoma, or Xander counter attack, but -def can tank a buffed qp+mb Reinhardt.

When both are buffed, they can tank both these situations.
