Billy's interlude is a very long battle featuring (you), him, Diarmuid, Leonidas, Spartacus, Hector, Mephistopheles, and Hundred Face trying to defend a town against an army of 1000 of Medb's surviving Celtic warriors. Spartacus blows himself up with his NP, Leonidas lets Hector NP him to hold the line, Diarmuid just dies normally like a chump (though he was really hype at the idea of the battle, so at least he was happy), and Mephisto dies off screen but gets a good character note in when the sole surviving Hundred Face tosses his last message to you at the end: two bombs about to go off. They're just firecrackers that spell out a congratulations,

Billy-wise, you don't really learn much about him. He has a nice moment where he challenges the enemy magus to a duel but then kills him before they take their paces (while the magus was thinking of a way to cheat Billy). You get on a horse with him at one point, and he names it Silver because of course he does.

Also Mashu likes Wild West stories too.

I kinda just skimmed Geronimo and Helena's interlude so I can't be that detailed with them, but Geronimo's felt a lot like Cursed Arm's. You're in London looking for some magus who's been experimenting on children or something. Geronimo (who was pretty interested in looking around London) finds him easily, and then he turns into a werewolf. You beat him anyways, so then he tries to summon a demon. He fails and summons a demon boar instead, which we're just going to pretend is a threat because let's be real, Geronimo sucks so hard it may as well be. The moon is out so Geronimo declares he'll use his NP, so I guess that's the justification for his NP getting stronger. I think there might have been a throwaway line about different kinds of magecraft too? I dunno.

Helena's was pretty much just various conversations between her and other notable Servant magi. Paracelcus in particular has some long speeches I sped right through because I don't have time to decipher magibabble. The meat of the interlude is when Waver walks over, because apparently he's a fan of Helena's work. He inadvertently pisses her off (something about Helena being real mad she only got respected after dying), and while she's raging Alexander (and Darius, who is shadowing him for some reason) comes over to ask what's up. Helena drags all of you to the simulator room to fight it out (in a fucking sandstorm ugh), and afterwards is extremely surprised when Alexander casually says he knows about Mahatma.

Edison and Tesla were watching from afar the whole time hoping Helena wouldn't get pissed at them too.

I don't think the interlude ever actually goes over what Alexander reveals, but afterwards Helena is pretty somber so it can't have been good. Skipping past Paracelus having a soliloquy or whatever, Helena has a nighttime chat with Medea for whatever reason, probably about their differing styles of magic. Medea seems to respect her well enough.

I've hardly played f/go in the past year because I'm always at the computer, so its a pain to play on the phone. I know emulators are banned so I thought I'd try mirrorgo and vysor, which basically just stream the phone screen to the pc and let you use a mouse and keyboard to control your phone. Cu Alter's interlude has you and him stuck together after a failed leyshift. Roman gets in contact with you soon enough, but can't get you out of there for at least 48 hours. So the two of you trek to the nearest civilization in search of food and drink so you don't die. He does pretty well for himself (he's disappointed with how weak he is when he only kills three things instead of eight, but Roman's impressed at his strength regardless), but we never get to see how he would've handled things because by then you rush over to help. Cu Alter thinks you're a fucking moron, but he's not mad at you. You then keep on going until Roman can pick you up.

Something notable about the interlude is that the beginning and ending is narrated by an unknown person. I think it's supposed to be Roman, honestly.

It starts with a clash between Arjuna and Karna in life. Arjuna declares that he must kill Karna, because Karna knows his true self. They clash, and Karna loses. He admits defeat gracefully, while Arjuna starts laughing crazily over his victory before suddenly going silent and getting mad when he notices Karna's smiling. The scene shifts to Arjuna having a monologue in his room about how he's become a Servant now. He respects you, like all your other Servants, which is why he's willing to use his NP for you. But all the same, he's terrified of showing you his true self.

Cut to a battle in America. Arjuna lets his mask slip for a bit when he can't stop smiling over the thought of battle, and after the fight he checks with you to make sure you didn't notice. Then he heads back to rest.

Later that day, after a round of cards with Mashu you head off to bed. You end up sucked into Arjuna's dreams, specifically the fight between him and Karna at the beginning. You pop in right as he starts laughing over his victory, and he's appalled you saw him. You black out, and when you next wake up you're in a cave with Arjuna. He apologizes for getting you caught up in his dreams, then starts thinking about how to get out of wherever you are. He feels a breeze so the two of you go that way, and end up at a temple. The only way to go is down.

As a side note, IIRC at this point Arjuna apologizes again for getting you caught in his angry self's nightmare. He then wonders what your nightmare would be like, and you can either say being treated to a full course meal by Ereshkigal or getting disinfected by Nightingale.

You keep going down and run into a monster. Then you go down even further, and at this point Arjuna seems to have figured out what's going on. Not that he'll tell you.

Further in, Arjuna feels a kingly aura. It's Rama, who has a question for him: is he a proud warrior (kshatriya)? Rama will hear Arjuna's answer after they fight. And Arjuna's answer is that he is both a kshatriya and a Servant. Rama is impressed with the answer, but also wonders how Arjuna would've answered in a more dangerous situation. Regardless, he'll let you through.

Next is Karna. There isn't much of a leadup conversation this time, the fight starts almost immediately. But Karna does ask his own question: who does Arjuna think he is? After you win, Arjuna starts reminiscing about how he killed Karna in life when he remembers that he's a Servant now. Because you order him to stopis about to kill Karna when you stop him. He's not happy, but he pulls himself together and then answers Karna's question: he is Arjuna, your Servant. Karna says he's lying: only part of himself follows you, so he's not a true Servant. Arjuna gets mad, but Karna directs the two of you further ahead.

After another brief Arjuna monologue (all about him not wanting anyone to look at him, to look at the darkness in his heart (which he refers to as Krishna), you all arrive at the deepest depths. There's another Arjuna there, who your Arjuna immediately recognizes as Krishna.

What follows is a group therapy session between you, Karna, and Arjuna with Krishna at the side yelling at Arjuna to stay as he is. You eventually fight it out with Krishna, and afterwards he asks Arjuna to assist him. Arjuna has finally gotten his shit together at this point though, so he admits that he was shunting all of his own evil deeds onto Krishna so he could stay a hero.

Is there any Nasuverse character who can beat a Grand Servant aside from Gilgamesh and Karna?

But before he fades and the dream ends, he thanks you for sticking with him through thick and thin. You now know him in his entirety, both light and dark.

When you wake up, Arjuna is there. He starts going on about how he was being a failure of a Servant when you interrupt him to say good morning. He's gobsmacked into silence for a bit, then responds with a good morning of his own.

Arjuna starts talking again about how he feels like he's been on a long journey, and a bunch of other things, but all in all there's one thing he knows for sure: he's glad he met you.

The interlude closes out on one final monologue, with Arjuna discussing who he is. He concludes that he is your Servant.

Arjuna hates Karna with a passion because he feels inferior to him. This drives the core conflict of his character, and is the perspective we usually see him in since in Fate puts the spotlight on Karna while Arjuna is relegated to side character status, but it's not all there is too him. Half the point to him is that he's a generally good guy, just too self conscious.
