It really doesn't. Even as one of the main counters it is still an unreliable counter. When I was climbing to Master rank, I teched in a third Spawn and that dealt with the Haven opponents very nicely. All the healing in the world isn't going to save you from on curve board spam, constant harassing to the face, storm followers, and then frequent Spawn drops.

I just can't fucking make it there anymore, I either lose before I hit turn 9 or I have to spend all of my evo points to not die before getting there, playing sword feels like absolute dog shit right now, everyone can fuck up Sword at this moment, it has nothing to handle early game boards (LOL 5pp Cyclone that kills your board), other control deck shits on it because they don't let you play Albert, EVER, so you can never really finish the game while they just play removal and then drop shit like Bahamut or Aegis and shit on you.
It makes me fucking sick that most of the Neutral Package feels like an old Sword deck, what's the point on having this shitty class when all it has is weaker versions of other decks.

Even then, that's considering Roland and only Roland. Any fat can stop Spawn from killing you, and CSword has plenty of those, you don't even need Durandal.
Of course CSword doesn't counter Neutral Blood: nothing does. However, it's one of the few decks with almost 50% winrate against it.

I'm more inclined to think they'll address last expansion's fuckups in Aegis and Eachtar. Alice is WD's postergirl, meaning Cygames are very unlikely to change her IMO. Spawn, even though I personally think is complete BS, can be argued that as the late game card it's supposed to be is more palatable.
