If you haven't played RO, go play that before ToS, by the time you get your mileage out of RO, ToS will have actual content.

Maple is doing better than both right now as far as nostalgia-driven games go. RO's cats/mechas are cancer, but the classics are still there, new server that will be bringing things back as they originally progressed would not be a bad idea if you want to get into something and were interested by both of these.

However, gunner, TK, and ninja are SUPER fucking fun, and most likely will be limited for at least a year on said server until their updates actually come into play.

Depends on DPK mat prices on your server, tymeris is 1mil raw + gems (but the letit cube killed gems as a money source) while most DPK mats are 500k an hour. I find caros to be better because even if I account for 1 antenna every 2 hours that's 3mil on my server while tymeris would be 2mil.

step 2: do damage, take note of numbers
step 3: prana with chapp, wait for chapp buff to wear off
step 4: do damage again, compare numbers with step 2

if it did snapshot, damage should be higher than step 2 even if chapp buff has worn off. in game right now the numbers remain within the same range in both cases

It still has double the damage output of ChaplainPd2. And you don't need to rebuff yourself every 30 seconds. Also damage on BDS+Incineration of a full INT sadhu3PD is higher than the damage+blessing ticks of a chaplain PD2. On top of that you have possession and Astral.
If you wanna play a chaplain go Inquisitor as rank8 to keep sinergy between AA
