In regards to mmages DW is the strongest overall by a wide margin, Elemental Bomber is by far the worst in terms of both damage and utility.
The mmage subclasses can be ordered as follows in terms of strength/utility
1. DW (Strongest, Good Burst, decent utility)
Power Gap (DW is actually fairly strong to the point KR acknowledges them as strong dealers)
2. GM (Good burst rotation, some nice holds, slight synergy)
3. Blood (Decent burst damage on a few skills, some holds, edgy blood effects )
4. Swift (fast, good grandine famer, lots of aoe, has 2 holds or so)
5. EB (You have good aoe and 2 real holds one of which is your 2a)

This stays about the same after the recent buffs in korea with the possible exception of GM being #1 due to extreme skill damage buffs and QoL changes
