You can learn most of chloe in a day or so, she's easy, fun, and damaging but a bit limited. After watching Jeondding I'm very interested in Eddy, he has odd stance mixups and 50/50s, but excels at space control, keepout, and poking, whereas I feel lucky chloe is more about risky aggressive pokes.
Yoshi isn't as bad as people say but he's all about using odd tools to make the opponent uncomfortable, which can be a lot of fun.
Whichever one of those three playstyles sounds like you, try that character.
