Effigy doesn't do enough damage to make a difference at higher levels so its just a credit farm tool. Make the pelt be a more active combatant by making it normally mobile with melee attacks and being able to fire the Spectral Beam. If attacks ignore armor to some degree then it can be a worthwhile investment of energy for sorties and such. Its normal behavior should have the control of Guided Effigy, meanwhile the augment should be changed so that it makes the pelt follow you around like a giant super sentinel.

Idea addendum: Hold down the power button to charge Spectral Beam which gradually increases its resulting damage output in return for a higher energy drain, the max charge period being about 2 seconds. The formula should increase energy drain linearly but multiplicatively for the damage. Yeah anon, I know and that's exactly why it amuses me. Literally no crit chance or damage bonuses so it's some hard modifier and if forced into a crit-state (Sufficient damage from Covenant or that kot's forced red crit buff) then that damage multiplier seems to overwrite my applied mods; maybe not removing them outright but the damage output drops dramatically so some kind of negative damage effect is coming into play.

It's clearly not something as simple as 'doesn't apply crit damage even if a crit is rolled' going on with it and the Miter was the same way before they buffed it and gave back its crit stats.

Depends on what you mean by role. His strongest quality that's unique to him is his increased bleed damage passive. No other warframe has that. So he's great with weapons that proc slash. All his other stuff is outclassed however. I'd recommend Loki since he's similar but more effective. Better invisibility & more interesting teleport.

Kubrows have absurdly high survivability compared to sentinels, and I don't have to kill myself like a fucking autist because I suddenly can't pick stuff up anymore. Another problem I've never had is with nully's and such, because my dog instantly makes me invisible and bumrushes the nully and kills him.

Only worthwhile sentinals are carrier for ammo case and helios for scanning. I don't consider vacuum necessary because I'm not shit.

It's been so long that I barely remember, but I feel like the old style of sliding around and using melee dashes was a lot more engaging. It might not have been faster, but it was better.

As it is now, it's an awkward combo to press for me, and it's completely stale with no refinement. A game like this really needed something akin to strafe jumping, instead it's completely brainless and fucking up means you have to deal with the horrible wall hopping system that never works right.

It works with any enemies in the rift. Cast it, if they die or walk out of Cataclysm or Banish expires, it rebanishes them (if they're still alive) and/or nearby enemies. You can basically use it to chain banish the whole map as long as the enemy density is sufficient.

At MR24, she's my most-played frame and incredibly fun if you play to her strengths, though sometimes it seems like DE designs things to make doing so unnecessarily difficult. i started playing when Destiny 1 released and back then was a pretty good time to start since there were a bunch of quests.

from then til now its only gotten better for new players. A lot more quests, frames, mission types, customization, story if you want it, and they are adding more. seems they are now looking to add Open world areas to certain planets, starting with Earth. they also intend to add a new solar system, which makes sense given the backstory to one of the factions. they want to add more depth to Operators.

if you like the gameplay the rest is an enjoyable extra.

So, with limbo, you press 2, and then you press 4 a bunch of times, and every second time you press 4 it's supposed to take 10% of the health of every enemy in the AoE, add it up, and deal it as damage right?

Everywhere says just stack range and maybe some efficiency. I was trying it out with this un-potatoed frame but my 4 rift closing was barely doing any damage vs like 30 grineer. I mean it was hitting them for like 40% of their health, but it should be nuking them if its doing what I think it's supposed to do

They made energy on kill because meleing stuff. With proper stances around 1/3 - 1/2 kills would be headshot kills. I tried it with tonbo - you get shitload of lifesteal for entire team, your mana doesn't even think about draining out, if you remember to recast 3, you get shitload of +50% flat crit chance just because you're constantly in melee radius, so you utilise your ult on 100%. Only thing you miss is fire rate/reload buff, but who needs that when you can just melee stuff?

It lacks that space-y and lonely feeling like you're saying, which is as I said, made worse by the fact that there's some kind of a figure that constantly knows and looks at what you're doing and tells you what to do.

I'm not sure if they can go back to having that space feeling though, at this point they're probably going to go for a completely different direction which is a bit disappointing.
