I'm the only American there so the only way for me to communicate was through stickers. I hated the leader at first since he would fuck off during GW and make the rest of us do the work but now he always give us buffs and stays around more often.

As for the rest of the crew the vice captain is the only one that greets the new ones, some guy always spams the drool pic during our raids so I guess he's the funny one. The only one I ever interacted with was the girl so I let her have my MVP raids since she's the strongest ones and carry us in GW matches we won. I started waking up early at 6 am for the strike time since I need to start getting MVP for myself so I haven't share raids and interacted with them in a while. I wonder if they noticed that.

Nausicaa was formed by Zannett because he was tired of leechers in crews who were too personal with others to boot. In the process, he was able to poach several different crews of their carries and hardest workers. With initial interest of a few big names, he was able to successfully gain momentum in creating an "esports" crew.

As for /gbfg/, if you were really serious, you could try to contact every person in the top 50 of the /gbfg/ chart to gauge their interest.

By the way, now's the best time to poach from guilds like NFC, Triad Primus, Falz Flag, (You), etc. Basically, those guilds have open spots and are having trouble finding members. Convincing a few of their strongest carries to band together would be far easier since their current guild already looks on the verge of failing. You can then fill in the rest with promising carries from newshit guilds.

I have no funds and am willing to commit to see that this crew is one of the worst 10 crews in GBF. Of course, we will not be reaching Tier C in GW and I do expect no honors gained during GW. 5-0 crews with rankers can get a gold bar every GW. If they decide to buy a sunlight stone every GW, they can get a gold bar every 3 GWs on top of all the sunlight stones.

If two people are in a 5-0 crew, a 20k ranker who has ranked in 3 GWs has 300 more badges than the other who hasn't ranked, essentially putting them one 5-0 ahead.

It's not that much extra work if you think about it.
