I asked earlier yesterday and that's what everyone told me. By the way for reference I'm talking about ascending my Herc to 50 and Waver to 70, so it's only pieces, not even monuments which are just bonuses.

Accounts with Merlin/Jeanne Alter are almost non-existant because people always keeps those to themselves.
Some Servants are more expensive because of the meme tier list.
But overall it doesn't take long to find a fresh account with everything you want and some quartz left.

I bought an Okita/Waver and other good servants for 20$ some days ago, makes seems really pointless all the whaling people do over here in NA.
