I like the orisa and bastion changes.

The orisa one makes her have a viable but non-lethal source of damage to pump up her ult and maybe make finishing off runners more viable. As well as being a good source for the ult economy with that change and then healing from supercharger.

The bastion ability gives you a great utility with a long Cooldown that you have choose which you want. Have the drop in the enemies location generally and or use it to escape while in recon mode with ironclad, or save it to get some quick burst damage while being more frail in sentry mode.

The other changes can go right to hell. 2 traps on junk would break the game and kill flankers completely.

I honestly really like her cannons.

They're weak at range, sure, but the continuous fire with no reload and how it slows you is what makes it feel like a mech, and its short falloff is what she's balanced around (with her burst damage when chasing being solid), but the shotgun like spread means she just melts through anything round like Winston.

It makes her somewhat of a tank breaker, but also good at abusing already-hurt squishies. So she can be good in most fights if you know when to pick your battles.

At least that's how I see it anyway.

But the whole point of diving is running in, causing as much chaos as possible and getting picks. Rein has that potential. Grab a Zarya or a Hog along with him- Hog hooks someone, shoots them, Rein charges the hooked person, or Zarya bubbles Rein and he charges in. Free charge for her and ult charge for healers as well as an actual FUN experience for Rein instead of being right mouse button hammer man.

but hanzo has hurdles to overcome, mainly genji and winston

probably the hardest character to climb with because he requires a lot of skill and has two very common hard counters which shut him down completely
