As far as i know hysteria only gives a shit whether you do the elemental damage type on your melee mods it doesn't care about the % damage stacking you have form it. The only mods that directly affect its damage are pressure point and spoiled strike but i could be wrong.

I mean holy crap, this game is awesome! I have only been playing for about 3 weeks, but this game has blown away every expectation I had going into it. I came across it because I am a huge sci-fi fan and I was looking for something to fill the gap between major game releases. It was free so I thought I had nothing to lose, at the very worst I could just uninstall it and forget it. But now I can't put the darn thing down!

Gaming for me has always been more than a hobby. It's something that I devote a serious amount of time to because it brings me joy and eliminates anxiety. My wife games too, so we usually end most nights with a few hours of video games before bed, or if we have the same day off we will order a pizza and stay in and play until we fall asleep. I have a background in JRPGs, and Warframe really harkens me back to that time. I LOVE the grind! Seriously! Spending 18 plus hours trying to get all the Ivara pieces was so cathartic, I loved every second. I am just about to start the War Within Quest, and I am really excited to be able to take part in the end game content, both sorties and FashonFrame.

I know this post doesnt contribute much, but I just had to say something about how much I am enjoying Warframe. I plan to spend a lot more time playing Warframe and I hope to become a valuable resource to this general.

The drop rates listed by datamines and DE are the base drop rates, the higher your quit rate is compared to your completion rate (failing a mission has no effect) the lower your chance of getting a rare or legendary drop and the higher your chance of getting a common drop. (uncommon drops are not affected)
This was meant to punish "toxic" players that leave missions in progress, but they never removed it.
My completion rate is so high and quit rate so low I have a better chance of getting rare from intact relics than radiants, because when you improve a relic it increases uncommon and rare chance while decreasing commons, at a lower rate than my "toxicity" adjustment, and that adjustment causes all the chance it removes from the commons to be applied only to the rare.
Legendary is weighted twice as much rare for the toxicity adjustment, to the point if your quit rate is too high you cannot get a legendary drop at all. Everyone rushing Acolytes and trying to efficiently farm Vengeful Revenant ruined their toxicity meter and the only way they can fix it is by quickly running short missions hundreds of times.

It's not that I avoid it, but I've made my way to Pluto solo-only (avoiding shit that was too hard for any non-CC frame), after that I began playing with pubs because it's fast and sometimes fun, but to be honest I don't care if I fail a mission because some noob triggered an alarm, and since you can fail one or even two vaults unless you're doing sorties, it's OK.
