Okay, maybe lancelot doesn't work, but attack boosted Kiyo at level 60 will 1 shot the last wave with the 30k enemy sometimes surviving with no more than 3000 HP which gets dealt with by whatever you queued up after the NP.

I've seen Lancelot do 108k damage, so I dunno why he wouldn't wipe the last wave in 1 hit. 108k averages to over 30k per enemy.

You get 288 AP/day (let's ignore master AP for now), this lets you do 7 runs per day for a guaranteed 9. Or 9 runs per day for 8-9. Let's call it 8.5 since I don't know the odds. The first will give 67 (includes bonus prisms) while the second will give 76. However, the 40AP run gives three times as much experience, and seven runs will give 109,000, which is guaranteed to level up anyone below Lv70 once per day at minimum, giving more and more AP. If started at low levels, someone could end up with literally thousands of AP. In fact, while the half-AP event is on, a fresh account with access to a Lv90 Jeanne could solo the daily and amass a tremendous amount.

I'm horrible at math so I can't do the exact numbers, but I'm certain the 40AP one is more efficient.

Which is funny because Servants get a boost depending on their fame relative to the area they are summoned. Nasu stated that if Cu Chulainn was summoned in Ireland, he would have been a rank higher in every stat and had access to an additional Noble Phantasm.
