95% of players will stay in the second/top floor of a house because it makes them feel safer.

I'll run in on a house and just camp the bottom floor while waiting for the circle to close. It makes them REALLY nervous and often times they'll make a mistake.

If I have a chance (plane overhead, bombing), I'll slowly creep up and try to catch them sleeping though.

There's a lot of reasons to be on the second floor. You have usually only one stairwell, and a lot of buildings have second floor balconies you can jump out of if you really just need to run.
Plus if players are trying to finagle the camera to look above them on the stairwell it means they aren't aiming at you, where all you have to do is look around the corner and not even have to make that effort.
Camping on a rooftop is also pretty nice as long as you know you'll be able to hear an enemy trying to attack you from below (e.g. they have to open multiple doors to get to you) and you're sure you won't get sniped.

Hey I googled "hold ADS macro PUBS" and found many people have created scripts that change right click so that holding it goes in to 1st person ADS like every other FPS in existence.
