Depending on team comp, Robin Hood might be better than a random 4*. On an Arts team he can shit out damage with YEW BOW and generally be an annoying cunt. Even on a Quick team he's good good star generation and can still generate NP fast with his skill. He's like a more versatile version of Emiya (who is only really good on Arts teams).
