black chins are the best skilling method and cap at about 1.3m/hr at 99 without ticking, maybe 1.5-1.7m with ticking
that's assuming you have a good combat level, good pvm tank gear, 2k total, and still get lucky with few pkers that leave you alone

I'm pretty sure even fucking barrows and giant mole (without twisted bow) clock in at 1.5m/hr with diary rewards and best methods. Then there's sire, cerb, snek, gwd solo and teams, raids, etc.

beg your first bond from an irl friend who plays then grind feverishly for the first 2 weeks to get your second bond

also level fishing, cooking, woodcutting, firemaking and maybe magic before you use your first bond, all of them in the 40s-60s are pretty much the same grind in f2p and quest xp doesn't boost them immensely while they're all quest requirements for useful quests

if you cant find a friend to beg your bond grind 82 fishing dropping lobbies/swordies at karamja for about a week (of AFK grind, find something else to do while glancing at your screen every minute or so) and ask for a loaner from the Clan Chat, you'll have access to 300k gp an hour fishing minnows so you should be able to pay them back and pay off your own bond in the first two weeks ez without any of the actions involved in reaching that point being xp waste

mining doesn't hurt either, but smithing is better to wait for members, mine and drop iron ore if you do decide to do that
Scrounge up cash to buy out as many f2p quests as you can. Scavenging cow hides is best.
