Kolin has trouble against fireballs in general, you can silver edge through but in order to have correct spacing you need either a read or your opponent walking behind his projectile like a retard.

When you're at a distance, either launch your own projectile and go forward/jump while your opponent is dealing with it, or wait here and neutral jump his fireballs until he comes out.

You know her hand during hailstorm negates projectiles? But it's kinda hard to time it right.

The v-trigger is good to punish fireballs too.
