I dunno, a +atk Death Blow Rinehardt still only does 11 damage to a neutral Cecilia. That won't be enough to KO her, even with QP+Moonbow. He's only lost all his hard counters.

Still a weird choice on IS' part, though. It's not like TA and gem weapons were that powerful.

literally only FE4 Arthur fits the bill. Even then they could make him a blue thunder dude due to his Friege heritage.

Maaaaybe Lute or L'arachel if they feel like being creative. FE8 Selena is also a mage knight and mainly used Bolting but who knows.

Considering how L'arachel will get staved, Lute will be on foot, and that FE4 children are probably at the bottom of the priority list(but then again Reinhardt got in pretty quickly as an FE5 boss) you better get used to that Cecilia.

With Moonbow+QP, Cecilia will only have 21 res (rounded up because that's how skill procs work) for one of the hits, giving Reinhardt a mere 8 more damage. 30 damage won't be enough to kill even a -hp Cecilia.
Of course, the story is different if he has a Hone buff.
