I never said she should solo heal now, I said she could before. They didn't say they didn't intend for her to not be a solo healer before the rework, they just said after the rework people are trying to pick her as a solo healer, which they shouldn't. They've just made her niche more extreme because she could solo heal before the rework, they never said they didn't intend for that before the rework.

Shit talents still being shit is not a buff because it doesn't change anything. The only thing that actually effects her with these changes are the 7% attack speed increase and the mark of mending 33% nerf. That is it, the buffs to the bad talents keep them as bad talents so nothing is actually changed.

These changes still keep her in pretty much the same state as before, and she still sucks.

Looking at winrates is fine. If it has a 50-100% pickrate, then if it's close to 50%, it's alright, and if it isn't, then buffs nerfs are in order.
If a character is picked 1 in 20 games? That's a niche pick. And niche picks have high winrates, usually, see Butcher or other non-general heroes.

Tyrane has such a low pickrate. She also has an even winrate, meaning even in her niche situation, she's still not good.

Fuck, I would play against AI if I could have an AI mode Gall, but it won't let you even do that. You have to have the second slot filled in AI and QM battles. I've never seen him picked in unranked, and the only time i've seen him picked in ranked is a duo who were going to pick him regardless of the draft.

No. Auriel is hands down the best healer with good hat wearers because of the situation you described. With the right comp and a skilled battery you get infinite energy and max heals on 2s cool down. Without a good hat target + player you're basically useless although the tank talent can sorta shore up that weakness (but again, relies on a competent teammate that can play their role)

For comparison, Uther has significantly longer CDs, cannot spam heals off cool down without running into mana issues, and his main strength is the armor/damage reduction he can give, which is entirely different from topping people off and keeling them constantly healed.

Not disagreeing with you desu because I agree "no escape" is not a legitimate weakness for supports who should be positionally aware and away from the front line for the most part anyways, but most of those guys have ranged attacks/poke, Lili has an aoe blind + passive that let's her get away, monk can jump to any ally, Uther is effectively an offtank given that he constantly has armor anyways, etc. Stukov seems way overtuned to me just because he has every CC in the game besides stasis in his kit and does healing over time + burst heals, but that's probably to be expected for a newly released hero.

It's good for both honestly. Avoiding a lost teamfight is 100% worth an 80s cooldown. Avoiding a lost objective is as well. It's absolutely amazing on Shrines because of how chokepoint-heavy the objective and map in general are.
