Another victim of oversaturation, you'll quit after you spend hundreds of hours and thousands of gold gearing but your friends' parties constantly have the tank spot filled by somebody else so you're stuck standing in town the entire fucking day wondering why you made and learned the class to begin with.

All classes suck. This game is shit. Quit while you're still ahead.

Would it be a good idea to stock up on as much gold now as possible? Seeing as there's a gold sink in that patch, I assume inflation will decline rapidly.

Getting the more valuable stuff.

MES/BES/NES/SB/MWA/Extensive/Premium alk/SES/Feedstock are all going to become obselete, for the new enchanting system. You'll be able to trade them in for the new materials, bit different items will give you different amount of those materials. It might be based on the KTERA economy, but that doesn't translate over to NA/EU economy, so you'll want to stock up on the things that are more valuable, and sell what isn't valuable.

Instead for enchanting you'll be using some materials + gold. No replacement for gold, except maybe getting items that exchange to the higher tier materials.

They can trade in their obsolete things for the new materials.

+15 is removed, and you don't have to throw away your old weapon, with every gear patch.
Now it's +0 to +9, and then ext tier gear at +0 is always better than previous gear tier at +9 (where as before, old tier +12 was better than new +9). Masterworking has been removed as well, now all equipment starts out with masterworked stats. You no longer have to roll your weapon either, the first time you pick it up, you'll get to decide all it's rolls (if you want to change after that, you'll have to rng roll them), this applies to accessories too.

To enchant you need materials, and gold. You can also get XP on the weapon, which increases your enchantment success chance. Once your gear is at +9, the next successful enchantment will make it a +0 of the next tier.
According to BHS, with this system, you'll gear up to +15 twice as fast as previously, though that's based on KTERA.
