Is it just me or does the raider stun last way too long and is way too intense. As in; it completely whites out your screen for a good second and continues to hide their guard for another second. And that soft feign where you swing your heavy or unlockable for basically the full length of the swing up to the parry window and then, BOOP, youre blind now Mildred, and it just goes on. If it's not flat out broken will someone at least admit it's fucking annoying?

I feel like Reddit thinks Centurion destroyed the game and think he's broken is because he's one of the only characters in the game that can actually mix someone up if they play badly.

They're so used to everything in the game being either so easy to react to they don't exist or being so hard to react to you don't even feel bad about getting hit by it, but Centurion can actually trip you up if you aren't playing well.

The majority of the playerbase is nowhere near the level where Cents are parrying light attacks consistently, and people who don't go on communities don't know about his zone attack follow up. Since the time of its discovery I personally have yet to see a single centurion ever perform it.

Centurion didn't break the game, he broke people's egos. Aside from wierdness with punch in ganks and the tracking on his chained heavy, there is nothng a centurion can do that isn't completely preventable. But people are too bad to prevent it. So they cry.

Not defending Reddit but the way Cent is designed honestly makes me think they were deliberately trying to make people salty. I mean, I love him, but still.

His dialogue is loud as fuck on the moves you're going to hear the most, it's all him bragging about how great he is, he does his best when he's stabbing you in the back and fucking you up so you cannot move, being constantly stunned while counterable is still incredibly annoying, the stamina damage further hinders your ability to fight back, etc.

And as if that wasn't enough, almost all of his executions humiliate whoever dies to them.

He's one of the first characters with character. And one of the first characters that actually seems to be having fun. Every other character's lines are the most generic bullshit, "TIME TO DIE, I WILL CRUSH YOU, ILL CUT YOU TO PIECES" etc etc. They just sound cool because they're in different languages. Centurion's out there like "I AM THE GREATEST, YOU WHAT, LET'S GO MOTHERFUCKER" and it's awesome that we have a character who isn't near silent and personalityless at all times, then screams about how hard they're going to kill you.

Orochis are also cocky as fuck, but they're quiet, so no one really cares. Seriously, putting assassin lines on their deflects was a mistake. I'm glad they didn't do it for Shinobi.

Like even Shinobi, who has great voice acting, and has a lot of expression, doesn't really have a character. Their lines are the same generic shit, and there's no consistency to their executions or emotes.

Your really get the feeling that he is a goofball defender, easily the most comical executions in the game and a wealth of funny emotes like the skip, tantrum, nap, backscratcher, and Elvis. Another Valk tip is that you can soft feint a heavy into a shield back by pressing GB while doing the heavy. I don't know why that works. It's the cloest she has to anything unparriable out of neutral, but it's slow af and punishable, like Cent kick. I hope they don't patch it out.

Well, I lost the first round by being GB'd during the end frames of an unlock roll while trying to get to a part of tower ruin (brawl version) you can't wallsplat from, which it turns out there isnt.
Then I got disconnected because this is for honor.

I've just picked up Lawbringer again after dropping him at rep 5 because he got boring.
Playing him again after playing Nobushi and Kensei I'm seeing just how dull he actually is, how do I play him aggressively? (generic advice on more aggressive play would also be appreciated) I'd also like advice on encouraging enemies to throw out lights more if there's a playstyle that does that.
