I mean if you want to attack and move really fast then Raider (ranger ascendancy) is the best way. Marauder's berserker ascendancy is more focused on damage and leech, but does have good attack speed. It's mostly the frenzy charge generation that Raider comes closer to what you wanted with attacking faster over time since frenzy charges give you attack speed and raider increases the amount of attack speed they give

Okay no trolling, the game is designed with some crafting in mind, you can substitute the crafting with trading (which is honestly what most people do).

You can finish the entire game and get to the point where you can farm decent amounts of currency on pretty much what you find as you go. One alchemy orb is already a very powerful tool in the right hands for example.

My strategy for races, leagues, beta etc has been to roll SRS as my first character because how cheap, easy and strong it is early on. Even a 5-link staff is dirt cheap. And once I've gotten enough currency to buy items for the character I actually want to play, I buy em' and start leveling immediately, now, I'm wondering if this is wise. Sure, SRS can easily bring you to maps, and due to how SRS works you can cheese most things using walls and doorways, however I'm wondering if I actually save time or if this is even worth it.
