i have a few questions about trees.

1. Are all normal green trees capable of growing fruit? i purposely waited for trees to get fruit again so i know which ones i can chop down, but i don't know if those trees can sometimes also grow fruit, just not always.

2.Other than aesthetics is there a reason for me to keep the pine trees? I wan't to get rid of a lot of them.

The trees aren't able to be placed right next to each other (or the water), so they're spaced enough that there's room for you to walk between them.

i sometimes play HHD and make ok stuff but what makes me mad about it, other than the complete lack of villager personality, is that there's REAL BASIC SHIT completely missing

such as being able to have roof lights/fans on while the actual lights are off

also lights always focus in the middle of a room regardless of its shape, so wider rooms are dark as fuck on the sides no matter what you try to do with stacking effects

Nah. Villagers have a kind of inventory too, that's where some of the items they gift you for doing errands for them or whatever comes from. Flea market stuff is usually items from their house but can definitely be things in their 'inventory'.

The inventory is not yet, and will probably never be understood.

We can gather that they have at least X amount of spaces where they hold items previously given to them that weren't put in their house right away, as well as items that they did replace while you were in the house with them.

Then I'm guessing there's an empty spot so things like sloppy/cardboard can be generated.

Well, keep these points in mind:

Non fruit trees give money and two items per day

Cedars can only be planted on the north area of town, and they lit up in winter with colorful lights

Have each fruit type in your town, you can get them in island tours (except labyrinth)

Only your native fruit can grow Premium in your own town

Don't plant many too close together or you will be unable to see where you are walking, specially near roads and paths or flower beds

Also remember that if an item falls from a tree and all spaces around the tree are covered (either designs, bushes, flowers, items) the item will dissappear, even beehives (but the bees are ok). There must be at least one clear space next to where the items can bounce and fall into.

You can't have more than 14 bushes/trees in a row, the 15th in the chain/group (whether it be a straight line or not) will never grow.

This is rather important for anyone that wants to line paths with bushes, or set up a complicated maze.
