The dog regeneration talent drastically boosts his sustainability if you actually use it (not attacking or casting? Sit dogform). Nothing else on this tier is even comparable.

The damage bonus on dog lunge talent gives Rehgar extra poke as well as being impressive team fight damage if you're repeatedly using it during engagements (you should). You can actually poke guys like Dehaka or Stitches to death or drive them off with smart use of Lunge + Earth bind + Lightning Shield if you ever find yourself facing them solo.

As I said before the other talents are tailored to your team comp but the EB talents are the most versatile.

yes. He usually isn't going to keep everyone 100% topped up because he has longer cooldowns, but as long as your team doesn't chase pointless teamfights when skirmishing he's fine. He's good because he's versatile with chain heal, totem to slow/bodyblock to help gank, lightning bond to waveclear/solo mercs, cleanse, and ancestral to burst heal in teamfights.

Your heal should be off cooldown nonstop, same with lightning bond where appropriate while totem should be saved situationally. If your team is complaining that you aren't healing enough while it's off CD then they're engaging too hard for no reason.

Rag is an assassin. His entire kit aside from his trait is "Hurr durr I do damage to things, I am particularly good at killing heroes".

Tassadar isn't a specialist. He is a support. His entire kit is about enabling allies and staying in fights to make sure allies can be enabled.

Medivh is not a support. While his kit is superficially similar to tassadars, it is *much* narrower in scope and more oriented around typical specialist rule breaking/bending. Especially with the invulnerables (particularly bird invul). Most of his gameplay is on keeping vision of the enemy team, then when fights break out he splits them up with leyline and adds some damage and the ability to engage/disengage.

Tyrande is not a multiclass. Her kit is absolutely a supports, fuck look at what her talents do they are all absolutely fucking nuts, the only issues tyrande *really* runs into are that her numbers are low. If you bumped her up to a base 6.5 or 7 range she'd go from one of the worst heroes to one of the best just like that.

Samuro is not a specialist. He is an assassin, his entire kit is "I am an assassin except with the minor gimmick of being 3 card monte the hero". His playstyle is not so 'unique', strange or rulebreaking as to be a specialist.

Rehgar a multiclass? Are you fucking retarded, he *ALSO* has a total support kit, it just happens he's also decent at fighting, sometimes that fucking happens.

Chogall multiclass is just a fucking meme. God I hate you fucking retards.

Any tips/links to guides for new Hammer player?

She seems like she'd be good at it, but so far in like 5 games whenever I sit behind the gates and blast minions before they reach it it seems like someone always knows exactly what spot I'm sitting in and starts nailing me, even when the enemy doesn't have any reveal. Does her siege attack reveal her or something?

Wave of Light. Easy quest, 3s of 25% DR is fuckoff huge and stacks with Ancient Kings. Silver Touch is fun for goofing around with Holy Shock builds, especially in QM where you'll probably end up being pseudo tank anyways.

Play with Holy Radiance off cooldown, but making sure to line em up to maximize people healed, keep Holy Light in reserve for saving people's asses or if you need a burst heal in a teamfight, and you won't have mana issues. You won't get bigdick healing numbers with Uther and you can't top people off because of your cooldowns, but you keep people in the fight for a freakishly long time because of the armor your trait gives them. Uther is ludicrously good at enabling your team to outsustain the other team, and GoAK makes enemy CC a liability.

A simple auto-attack range buff to Tyrande would jump her from one of the 'worst' supports to one of the best.

It wouldn't change her role at all, but it would make it so she doesn't need to burn all of her damn healing on herself. If she also had an early quest like tassadar to get +1 range for 7.5 she'd be pretty strong. Healing every 4 seconds fairly reliably for an okay amount.

Her numbers are sort of not great, still on the low end but her talents are all fucking absurd. Stun removal on Q (with a free recast of Q) on a 4s cd for 30mana.

It would help her better fit in as a 'damage-assisting support'.

do not split push. You are a sitting duck and easy to eat alive if you're alone. You are a force multiplier during objective pushes like sylvanas -- with you, punisher/immortal takes keep instead of just turrets, etc. Do not siege during teamfights, it does not give you extra damage and the splash and extra range isn't worth being a sitting duck.

You are a good pick on heavy siege maps (battlefield of eternity, infernal shrines, etc) and less so on maps where your team needs to teamfight around objectives (Cursed Hollow, Towers of Doom, etc)

Play like a better raynor, stutter stepping every shot. Stay behind your tank. Use your mines to reveal vents and cover your ass from ganks. You can Z out of siege mode without unsieging. Be paranoid of Nazeebo/Stitches type characters who can easily displace you and always know where they are on the minimap.

Napalm is a fantastic waveclear and short cooldown means you should spam it everywhere.

You don't need to siege for her trait to work. It gives bonus damage on any attacks over 4 range away. Hammers base range is 6.5, So basically on anything above of 60% of your base range.

Strife was really, really low quality and shitty but some of the characters were fun. Like Rook was a cool dude with the grappling hook and the shield and timing your abilities for the double shot.

like I legitimately do not understand. There are heroes that are hugely advantageous to draft for this objective (Valla, Lunara, Greymane, Artanis, maybe Tyrande, etc etc) which means you should have some idea of where you stand in the immortal race before the game even starts. And this is one of the objectives that isn't all or nothing (compared to, say, Infernal Shrines) which means you want to attack like 90% of the time anyways, just to deplete the shield to cripple the enemy immortal if you lose.

I get that there are certain times where you might want to defend (you're down and waiting for a respawn, you have a niche comp (ie you fucked up your draft) or there's enough of a balance/imbalance that you want to send 1 super high DPS to attack while 4 of you defend, (or you have enough displacement to push the enemy team into stuns, etc) but jesus christ, these people don't even understand basic map mechanics and we end up losing what should be an easy win.

On what kind of map would KT outclass Li-ming? I can see Guldan being better on maps where you need to push a lot but KT is just a poor man's Li-ming.

Braxis is the first to come to mind, Li-Ming ain't gonna do shit versus a team standing in the minion/zerg wave whereas KT will blow them all right the fuck up with living bombs and flamestrikes

If team is more grouped then KT shines pretty well especially if they have to stand on a single point. Li-ming just ends up getting blocked by the tank besides her lazer.

More like where would Li-ming ever outclass KT? Her only form of Utility is the ult that you should never ever take.

KT Has a stun that can be empowered to hit multiple people, Chunk large portions of life out of people (Assuming you don't die and you DID finish Convection, right?), Garunteed damage with living bomb which also forces people to spread out. And finally Phoenix zones an area out, can't be interrupted and does more overall damage.

Why is Greymane so bad?
I heard he was considered top tier or something, and I've been playing him for the las couple of days...I lose 80% of the matches I play as him, and I die at least 7 times per match. His hero damage is mediocre and has 0 sustain, what am I doing wrong?

Greymane has some of the highest dps in the game m8. You're probably playing him wrong

1. Take every cocktail talent
2. Poke fools
3. Go wolf man people after they have been sufficiently poked
4. Cursed bullet unless the enemy team is like all squishies

He has 10 armor in worgen form you really shouldn't be dying so easily

It's literally like 700 damage on a 6 sec cooldown once you complete the quest, in an AoE

Just because you can't aim for shit doesn't mean its bad. Once you get it done you are pretty much melting the enemy for trying to lane against you. Once they are low just finish them off.
