Sadly no. I heard we we're supposed to get another wave of DLC a while after this one was released but I guess not. I think it had to do with all the negative feedback from fans. While this game did sell very well, it was not received very well since the story is shit and the true ending is locked behind a pay wall. Most of us had to by the special edition not because they wanted to but to at least have all versions on one cartridge like it should have been.

Another reason why I don't think it's coming is those DLC are heavily support based and involves a lot of lines to be written, and since treehouse fucked up the game in NA due to it's censorship it would be too much work and too many changes in dialogue so there's no point since if it came out all it'll receive is negative feedback.

I assumed they were going to give us the DLC when the last FE direct happened but instead we got SoV, warriors announcement, Switch announcement, and Hero's release date. All of those are much better then another disappointing DLC for fates.

Is Fire Emblem pushing gender roles onto gamers?

Charlotte, one of the more enticing female characters in the game, is completely driven by her desire to find a wealthy male. She blatantly states this in one of her level-up quotes.
The main findings that can be drawn from this, are that, apart from their story-related roles, the male characters are supposed to be of service, and also be used for finances, whereas the females do not have the same expectations, and are free to go frolic in flower fields and sing songs. When men are not on the battlefield, they're supposed to be 'job-ready' and rake in the money. When women are not on the battlefield, they can literally just have fun, without any negative pressure. This isn't something that I want in future games.
What I've learned about gender roles from my education, is that the type of media we expose ourselves to, actually influences the way we see each sex.
