Liz gets a skill upgrade to Charisma which gives an extra ATK buff to female characters, so she works great with other females on the team. Marie/Jeanne is a nice pair, with 3x Arts and 2x Arts respectively, and have a lot of healing between each other. Altera/Marie/Jeanne might not be the best Arts team you can put together, but that's still 7 Arts cards between them and they all enjoy throwing around NP attacks.

You could probably put Altera/Liz together with another Buster-heavy female if you wanted to build a Buster focused team. Not many NPs, which is a shame as both of theirs are great, but still throwing out some decent damage.

Medea and Hans are great if you are focusing on Arts. Medea for some repeated, consistent damage (and you can hold her NP for when you only have two Arts cards available) and Hans has buffing and HP regen.

Well, the higher level anything is, the more QP it costs to feed it anything.
So let's say you had to level something from 40 to 50. Either you feed it cards for the 10 levels in one go, to maximize QP saving ; or you feed in to 43, then 46, then 49, then 50 (for example), hoping for a Great or Super Success. If it happens, you saved some EXP cards. Either way, you lost a bit more QP.

Just dump everything in and hope for the best. The extra 1500 EXP from getting a Great Success is going to be negligible, but an extra 50% or double twelve cards is going to be amazing. Plus, putting in one card at a time is more pricey, since the QP costs is related to the servant's current level, not related to the cards you are using.

If you can put enough cards in to max a character out, then remove 1/3rd of them and try it. You can also look to the right, at the current EXP you are using, and then remove 1/3rd of that. If you get a Great Success or Super Success, then great, you've saved yourself a few cards that you can burn or use elsewhere. If not, it's a few QP to just put the rest onto them.
