What are some good followers that can help me kill shit or buff me without being too overpowered ? My party already has a necromancer and Brigitte.

Why aren't YOU playing as Hatsune Miku in your copy of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim RIGHT NOW?

Aight I'm real fuckin frustrated. I spent all weekend reading guides on how to mod this game, following them to a T. Then, without changing anything, I start getting CTDs upon loading any save file, new or previous.
I strip down everything until it's just the bare essentials, delete my save files thinking they're unsalveagable, and when I start up a fresh vanilla save, my camera is clipping through the legs of the imperial soldier who's driving the carriage.
I'd really prefer not having to start all over again but it seems like it's my only option and I am so profoundly sad

So i modded skyrim to hell and back with an overhaul mod. I then uninstalled it and installed another overhaul mod. I was spending more time modding than playing. Then another game came out so i played that and forgot about skyrim for a year. I came back and tried tweaking the old overhaul mods i had downloaded last year and I fiinally had everything the way i wanted and was getting into the game then i realized the xp i was gaining was extremely bugged. I tried to fix it then this happened.

thats funny. Yeah scripts can be finnicky at times. The only mod i felt i could not figure out how to work was the spear mod that adds spear and javalin animations.
Other than that i had like 4-5 mods that all added scripts that all seemed to work until i added 1 other random mod that fucked everything up and caused all the modded scripts to trip over each other and completly fucked up my game.

Ah, found it digging through the CK. It's different, though.

In Vigilant the spell is basically forbidden sun, so just a big fireball. This one actually summons a giant sun onto the battlefield, burning all enemies in the AOE until it expires.

Plus, doesn't show up well in pictures, but it spins around and has cool swirling effects.

Yeah, I like Elysees's work a bunch, and he's extremely open with permissions. Just most people don't know enough coding to unravel his mods.

I'll probably incorporate some of his scripts into the magic mod I'm working on. The key is optimization - Elysees's mods are often too script heavy and could use a lot of fixing up. The script stack is a big scare with his mods.

Something like Eo Geom is really cool but also really risky due to how script intensive it is. It's not actually homing, but the animations deceive you. Unlike Enai's stuff, which often is genuinely homing spells.

Tell me about it. Rho Aias is broken as hell. I've never had any trouble with Eo Geom or any of his other one-use spells (Marble Phantasm and the like) but stuff like Pulley's Butterfly worry me. I would also mention K Gorilla (he went by a few other names, made Burst Launcher and the Grimoire Weiss mods) but his mods are pretty messy. At least to my eyes.

Does anyone know why my character immediately rotates back to where the camera is facing when I let go of S or when I try to jump while holding S?

I have the 360 degree walk and run mod installed and its supposed to let you move the character in any direction with wasd and it will stay there but for me it keeps reverting back to where the camera is facing instead, away from where I want it to be

That's just how it works. It doesn't actually turn your character, it just replaces the back and side running animations that give the illusion of your character running forward in the opposite direction.

The character is facing away from the wall, while the camera is facing it, and the character jumps and doesn't immediately revert to facing the wall. Thats what I'm looking for, a mod that lets the character stay in any position no matter what they do, instead of reverting towards facing where the camera is. Its clearly possible but for some reason not working for me, or maybe it requires a separate mod?
