What did you have in mind? The short dash can either be viewed as "compensation", or as another tool. Again, that is your view, but I have my own. Its more of a part of his combo to ensure maximum shotgun.

Only an idiot would try to force all 6 shotguns, especially early on (although, i might try to a few times myself). The objective of the game is to kill towers. Even in his current state, Urgot works like that. You don't need to chase them
down and kill them, all you have to do is bully them, and if they are low, you can go in.
Current Urgot's passive kind of mirrors the "don't fight me nigga" theme of nUrgot's kit

Chasing people like that often got me ganked, and nUrgot's kit looks to be no acception

I think it has to do with his ulti.
For this you have to teleport into enemy team or tower.
Than his bombs and rockets felt tricky. You have to hit them and than shoot into their direction, with a short range. With his range he isnt op, but have to follow marked enemies mostly into their team, which will cost you many health.
Thats why he usnt played, he felt like you have to suicide with hoping not to blow up. And he isnt build to farm like singh is eben he needs to suicide run.

Ashe is just one step above Sivir, probably one of the biggest noobtraps in the game. They are both weak as fuck.
Ashe doesn't have any powerspike until your first Bfsword and attack speed item upgrade either essence reaver or IE, and her waveclear is bad without runaans. You don't have any escape, and you are extremely team especially suport dependant.

Since her change she became a supportish ADC, she just doesn't do enough damage, and since she's a super late game carry you'll have to play very safely until your core powerspike, which is going to be a long ass time since its pricey. (not to mention good adcs now all have really good early so you'll suck dicks for 20+ minutes, unless your enemy is garbage of course).
Your support also must know everything about how Ashe works or you are doomed.

Sivir is just plain bad, has a terribly outdated kit, and she's very mana hungry, but the worst part is her range, which is just plain awful for an ADC.

TL;DR
Forget Ashe, Sivir, and Trist they are weak and fervor dependant and they need a really good player to be strong, whiel Jinx is above them she's still mediocre at best.
Play Caitlyn she's a safe bet and its good to learn how to play the role.
