Eiyuu Senki. It's part of the "famous historical figures are all genderswapped into being cute girls" genre. In this case it's a visual novel where you get an army and conquer the world, capture them and have sex with all them. It's got decent gameplay and fun characters. And the h-scenes are pretty good.
