I would keep the dancers on a completely separate tier, since their usefulness doesn't necesarily equate that they're good battlefield units. Yeah you really need greens. Beruka is ok, a good physical tank but very one dimensional. And if a mage looks her way she's toast.

Good thing is you have both Reinhardt and Olwen, 2 of the very best units in the game, they're not known as Thundercock and Thundercunt for nothing.

The reds you have right now are good, not great, but good. Hanna is very situational, just like Beruka, but you also have Marth and Chrom who are better overall.

Roll some greens when you can, alternately you can wait for the free rotational units to give you a Cecilia, who is not the best without cavalry buffs, but she will do better than Beruka and Boey while you get yourself a better green unit.

Save orbs and just play chill for a bit, you can promote Anna to 4* or just use Beruka for now. Once a decent green unit pops up on a banner, start rolling saved up orbs and if you score a Cecilia (or a Gunter for Hone Cavalry) you are in business.

Make sure to do the Xander GHB next time he pops up and ask for help if need be.
