1) all Berzerkers would have BBBAQ decks and Buster type damage dealing NP's.
2) all Assassins would have BAQQQ decks and Quick type NP's.
3) all Casters and Rulers would have Arts type support NP's.
4) the Overcharge system would be removed because it's fucking retarded.
5) any Servants who don't fit their classes would be re-classified (ex. Shittingale would be recast as Ruler)
6) we'd get two Assist slots below the Mystic Code skills, so we could slot Casters/Rulers/Mash skills in any combination and not have to put them on a team, where their weak attacks mess up your damage dealers' brave chains.
7) one grail would take any Servant to level 100 immediately.
8) drop rates would be tripled so you could get all the materials you need, because fuck DelightJews and their "game not made for efficient prease understran" bullshit.

The movies are amazing.
Even Nasu hates the writing in the novels, he said he's embarrassed by how badly he wrote the first KnK novel because he was so inexperienced.
The movies on the other hand look amazing, have a great soundtrack, do the novels more than justice and have a lot of cinematic moments.

Having read the novels -

The KnK Novels are not as good as the movies in nearly all regards. The order of events is a different in some cases, but I think the movies do a better job of it when things are altered.

The one exception is Movie 6. It's not bad, necessarily, but it screws up in a few areas, and doesn't really explain itself very well. The most notable fuck-up is pic related - something which has been explicitly stated as being non-canon after the fact. The connection between the main antagonist of 6 and the main antagonist of the series is also not stated very clearly in the movie version, even though it's kind of a big deal.

To put it simply - the movie version turns "the last step to the puzzle of Shiki and her memories before the climax" to "Azaka wants to fuck her brother, now watch her kill a giant fairy".

It has great lore happening in the background, but it didn't transfer to movie form quite well as the others.

If you get bored halfway through, honestly just skip it. Then go back and rewatch it once you finish the franchise and get hooked on it

KnK 5 is the best one, but if you're not that good with Type Moon lore you might have a problem with understanding all of the Alaya, Counter Force and Origin references it has.

With both of those factors, and the fact Sakura literally has the single strongest familiar in the post-HGW world, they're kind of a big deal.

That's why Rin plans to go hunting for Touko, who is the only mage in the world who can produce a perfect puppet body.
