No it's never been brought up.

Prior to WoW being banished and being slain were two different things. Like Archimonde and Mannoroth weren't killed in special ways (I mean Archimonde was spirit bombed but that's not inherently anti demon nonsense). Shit Mannoroth was just cleaved with an axe. Any instance of a demon running away was them very clearly going "you may have beat me but I'm going to run away now".

With WoW you got "demons when killed just go back to the nether to reform". Everyone assumed this had to do with the fact they were clearly from another fucking dimension of pure nonsense energy but I guess no Sarg just somehow linked all their demon souls to Argus.

While very stupid and a stretch (it's way easier to say being a demon inherently links you to the nether as opposed to you're a demon and are now linked to a specific planet that powers your energy to reform) it's not a retcon. It's just a very STUPID and very quick change in how something very important to the works. I mean shit the nether used to really be just hell (go look at the artbooks), then it was magic chaos, and now they use it and the great dark like it's the same fucking thing half the time.

I see the word retcon tossed around a lot and while WoW retcons a lot of shit it's mostly just them going "well we never said there WASN'T another planet hiding behind Azeroth's moon that controls all arcane magic in the universe". They're not so much retcons and adding in new bullshit under the premise of "never said it DIDN'T work this way".

What is it with this insane price inflation in the auction house?
I played the game years ago and everyone would try to figure out how to sell to get the best profit. You'd have someone selling a level 50 axe for 15 gold and another person would undercut it by 1 gold to sell it faster.
Now I look at the auction house and everything is 2000g, everything. I am level 63 and I'm browsing the AH. Everything my level is 500-10000 gold. Who the fuck is buying these? It takes a few minutes for me to go to a quest giver and complete a quest to get a decent piece of armor for my level, meanwhile people are selling worse quality stuff for 10000 gold. There is nothing to buy in the AH. I used to love browsing the AH trying to catch good deals and have good equipment for PvP stuff and dungeons.
It's like the entire thing got turned into a money laundering scheme.

How the fuck do I escape this endless void? Items from WQ/LFR/HC barely give ilvl anymore, N ToV/NH are at the very least 880-890, for HC they want fucking curve. Guilds are only looking for people able to do ToS HC from 7/9 to mythic 3/9.

I'm running the first, till during maiden hc I saw a guy pullin 1.5mln with rend/tm. I also switched talent and simmed with rend build and got a 100k increase.

I understand this is definitely a ST thing, the moment you get 2 enemies fov/trauma is going to prevail, but I was curious about other warrs experiences here.
