Yes and no. There's a ton of overpowered shit in the game right now but it all depends on if you find it fun. Some do, some don't. I personally find them fun, but broken in terms of the games balance

This. Keep sourcing cars, but only sell top range cars. Keep standard and mid range ones. Don't let your warehouse inventory go over 80%. Eventually you'll have 1 of every standard and mid range car, and as you sell top range cars, they'll be replaced with themselves. If you let your inventory go over 80% you'll start getting dupes.

Eh. It's in general a bit faster/more fun than the buzzard, the buzzard's a lot cheaper and generally easier to use for grinding though. It's pretty much fool proof against NPCs, the Oppressor you can actually die on, and traversing the map is more complex, but has higher potential and like I said, more fun.

You need a Bunker and MOC in order to get the rockets. And you have to wait for the research on the rockets. And that adds another couple 4 or so million.

I'd definitely just save up for the Buzzard first. Unless jumping around on your rocket/glide bike sounds that much fun. But for utility, definitely the Buzzard.

There actually is a very small reason to change them off stock. Some cars have a certain quality, "tires_can_clip" or something like that. Basically it means that the tire part of the wheel can clip through bumps and curbs and the like, meaning the thicker the tire the smoother the ride, it will make driving over bumps and curbs a LOT easier.

Unfortunately that means that Offroad tires give the smoothest and most controllable ride, and high-end tires give the worst, and certain vehicle's default wheels, like the X80 and Nero, have utterly ridiculously thin tires, even more so than the high-end tires. Once you've tried it, the difference really is noticable, but I would still say generally not enough to convince me to actually change them to offroad.

Also, not all cars have that property, it's mostly higher end ones, and mostly newer ones, but it's pretty random. I'm like 90% sure the X80 does though.

The Biker update really was the single biggest boon to my wardrobe since the game came out. The helmets, the goggles, the short-shorts with stockings, the boots, the shirts, the jackets, so much of it has become regular parts of my wardrobe. Nearly 50% of my clothes I'd wager. Online dosn't have any sort of dynamic fabrics on PCs. Everything's stiff and sort of warps and stretches statically with player movement. A poncho would look ugly as hell. The only way they could really do it to make it look good is if it was really small and didn't cover the arms or legs at all, and it would still have a ton of clipping issues.

I'd love a poncho, but I accept there's no way it would look good with the current system, and would need much deeper changes that are never going to happen to be properly implemented.

I think it's mixture of things. The Ballas and Families are both competing for largely residential areas, with a little bit of sort of suburban strip malls and shit in their turf. The Vagos have huge stretches of industrial land to themselves, as well as some residential area. They're also international, dealing with drug smuggling and the like, where as the Ballas and Families are strictly city gangs, purely local in focus.

The Vagos are also in a unique place, where they're competing both with the more local hood gangs like the Ballas, but also the more large scale criminal enterprise gangs. Not just the other hispanic cartels like the Aztecas, but also the Lost, whatever the Korean gang is, shit like that. The Vagos are in everything a little bit, so it makes it seem like they have more presence.

In my opinion, they're the most threatening gang because not only do they have massive territory, they're also extremely aggressive.

If you piss anyone off in the Ballas and Families territory without pulling out a weapon, they'll just punch you or stab you. However, if you do the same in the Vagos territory, they'll pull out their pistols and uzis without any hesitation.
