That's true, and in a post before this I did note that although the PT ultimately saw what they did was not right they had to do 'wrong' before they could do 'right'. Had they still not have done anything even after seeing Shiho jump they'd forever be lost to complacency and had they killed Kamoshida they would have been condemned, but there was no true 'just' path because the concept of justice itself is massively fucked in P5 due to the Conspiracy doing as it likes. It's also why Goro being the Justice Confidant is fitting and chilling since he has literally no reason to believe in true justice from the company he keeps.
