Reason why I have all these reroll accounts is because I lost my account 2 days ago. Was midway between fight against Rome and server shitted. Tried reconnected and it kept me in infinite loop. I deleted app and redownloaded. Lost account. Never issued a redemption code.
Contacted customer support and thankfully they were able to recover it for me.

Most realistic is one 5* with Waver or Atila with a good 4* like Emiya or Herc with a nice CE like Kaleidoscop or Imaginary/Over.

At this point, you probably won't have enough time to reroll over and over for anything better. (unless you're running multiple instances of memu with macros, and even then you'll be cutting it close)

Waver's probably the only one that'll you'll still be using in 2 years time, but both Atila and Vlad have some long term benefits. Atila is fairly constant while Vlad really comes into his own when you get characters like Tamamo No Mae (not Cat) for him to play off of.

Hard to say. What do you mean by "realistic"? Something that you could reasonably expect with a few rerolls? Or something that shouldn't take you much more than a few days to complete?

If you want something that will just take a few rerolls, then a starting 4* which doesn't suck should be fine. Even a specific 4* and any other 4* would be fine, too. Something like "Herc and a 4* that doesn't suck" would be quite reasonable.

If you mean a few days, then a 5* and a non-suck starter would be reasonable. You'll probably get Gil, given the event starting tomorrow, although that certainly isn't a bad thing. You could probably end up rolling Herc/Gil if you tried.

You need to have some way to choose between the gorillions of friend requests you end up getting. First you cut anyone without CEs, then you cut people with unleveled servants, then you cut people with unleveled skills... it's not necessarily elitism, it's just what happens if you have a chase servant like waver

Saber Lily has a better ATK but worse HP than Gilles.

Saber Lily's first skill is pretty bad (gain four crit stars, whoo~) but her second skill boosts her Buster damage, including her NP I'd assume. Gilles boosts the entire party's NP damage and then gets a skill which boosts his own NP generation, so that does help others.

Saber Lily's NP is a Buster nuke to all enemies, which is always handy to have. Plus, she can recover HP from it. Gilles' NP just buffs his ATK by a minor amount while lowering his DEF.

Saber Lily is absolutely irrelevant to the story, while Gilles could be amusing killing his crazy self in Orleans. There's no special conversation, but it could just be amusing.

You need to spend less ascension materials, overall, to get Saber Lily to the same level as Gilles.

Overall, Saber Lily is probably the better choice. She has better ATK stats and can get to higher levels easier, requiring just 4 Saber Pieces to hit Lv.50 while Gilles would need 12 Saber Pieces and 15 Proof of Hero to do so. In fact, that is probably going to be the biggest deciding factor: it is going to be far easier to get a high level Lily than a high level Gilles, which means she can clear more material easier. So go with Lily.

Heck, we're still in the 43 quartz promotion so you can just roll with that an hope for a Gil. I'd only recommend that if you absolutely, desperately wanted Gil and only Gil, since you aren't likely to get any other 5* during the rate-up.

Use the modified ova that lets you delete save data directly to avoid the download, make a macro to play through the entire tutorial (Preferably one that's reliable by being slow to account for loading times), use the same password for them all. snap a pic with my phone of the bind code, clear data, and repeat until tempbanned

Some Anon posted this, which claims that somebody doing some actual rolling found that 5* servants were around 1% (as expected) while specific 5* servants during a rate-up event were around 0.7%. That would mean that, if you roll the 5*, you should expect to get the rate-up servant around 70% of the time and one of the non-rate-up servants around 30% of the time.

I'm not sure how accurate that data is, but it does seem reasonable that you'd get the rate-up more frequently than not during such events. 60% to 75% would not be unreasonable.

10-rolls of quartz are going to have your best odds. If you just want one of him, then that's your best bet.

If you just want to blow everything and see how many Gils you can get, then it doesn't matter. Might as well use your tickets first, since those have the lower rate, and then your quartz in 10-roll batches. You'll probably want to wait until the last day to empty out all the quartz, just to get all the bonus quartz and merge your quartz pieces, in order to possibly get one more 10-roll out of everything.
