The way to counter people throwing teammates off the map is to have it as a set up ability. As in the Doomfist presses the activation button he sets up and his teammates can see the trajectory of where he is going to throw them so the first person to walk into him gets thrown.

This is a funny childish approach to an elo system with multiple rng factors. Teams in solo queue are never equal. Same ranked players never have the same skill sets, game sense, mechanical skills, aim etc so it is very childish to think that there is some kind of balanced skill level at certain ranks.

This might be too difficult for you to understand so I demonstrate. Mercy mains have been discussed recently and there are many mercy one tricks in higher ranks. If you get three mercy mains in your team and they have no other skills except mercy and your enemy team has more balanced players, you will most likely lose. And that is YOUR FAULT ALONE NOBODY ELSE'S.
