Kagura, Ragna, Makoto, and Bullet are all pretty "easy", as in that you can pick them up and play. However, Kagura and Bullet are stupidly weak in this version, and while it might change after EVO, I'd still suggest Makoto or Ragna over them.
Arakune is strong as fuck, but he's also a VERY unorthodox character. You're basically playing keepaway the entire match until you get full Curse meter, after which you kill your opponent in one touch.
