Any hero that really needs a blink can get it in a reasonable time from camps and successful ganks. Which is your real job on 90% of offlane heroes. You're the play maker. You bring that "thing" that your team needs. You're not a support, you should be able to farm up 2k gold in ~12 minutes in any situation. You - and I wish you the best of luck in the world in this - should have supports stacking for you and making sure you're getting runes etc. You're the one whos gonna benefit from early stacks on someone like bristle/tide/clock etc. Getting a 10 minute blink is way bigger than getting a faster BFury on AM.

Why don't they make it so that commends counteract reports?

Because in the last 10 games I've got 36 commends. I've played such a solid support that I've been getting commends even off of the enemy team even when there was a loss because I did a good job.

But the report summary only opts to claim I've got 5.

It then goes on to say I've got 5 reports, and throws me into a ranked matchmaking ban for 24 hours on top of muting me.

I'm not the only one that thinks it's a bit insane that 5 reports will go against the word of 36 people saying you did great, right?

Brew is already a utility hero you retard. You don't play him as a semi-carry, you play him as an actual carry and build toward Radiance between fights. Even without ult, your abilities are ridiculously good for ganking and won't fall off until after you get your first big item.

With the right item choices, the damage he shits out is actually pretty good. The key is to get a Heart, initiate with some right click damage, ult when you are low on HP and get back to slapping people when ult wears off and your HP is refilled. If you really want to meme on fools you can get a Satanic on top of this and be literally unbeatable in a manfight, even by Troll Warlord (evasion/blind).

It's not as good as PA or Jugg, but it doesn't need to be because your early and mid game power takes a massive shit on them.
