About the "Prompto was born with the DNA of a 30-year old because clones" talk from last thread, that was mostly a problem with early cloning work. Nowadays since geneticists know about that shit they've found ways to reset the DNA to proper fetal levels of methylation using the same standardized techniques to make iPS cells. One of the recent Nobel guys figured out the right cocktail of genes to knock into just about any cell type to get that to happen.

So assuming Niflheim cloning science is anywhere near modern day levels Prompto will be fine. If he turns out ugly and sick then it's because Verstael had naturally shit genes, not because Prompto aged prematurely due to low-quality cloning tech.

Also the thing about clones being born prematurely old is kind of a myth anyways because all the other animals cloned around the time of Dolly are actually fine. It's true the illness she got was more common in older animals but aside from that autopsies didn't show other signs of premature aging.
