Why is treasure cruise split into 4 versions. I didn't even know Koreans liked one piece enough to where they deserved their own.

I did a factory reset on my phone and forgot to take note of my Treasure Cruise ID number, I just assumed the game was saved under my google play games account since they forced me to use it.

How do I use Borsalino for general content? He is fun to use but I always find that little flaw in my teams that makes other captains more viable. Is there some cool rainbow team for him, or is he just a bitch for slashers and shooters?

He's a better sub than captain that's for sure. As a captain, he relies VERY heavily on his special, so having it maxed is an absolute must.
General strat for say colos, use one special on sub-boss, abuse the x3 boost and full matching orbs to kill, and repeat on boss. So anything that slightly breaks this pattern makes the content tenfold harder.

RCV orbs become an extremely reliable way to stall, Shooter has two free 1.75x boosters, he's an absurdly amazing psy captain with Gild sub, and he really can do almost anything with the right f2p subs.

A general purpose team would have a doffy, a raid Boa, a raid Sabo and someone who boosts them all, but they are a lot of different classes and sabo wouldn't get the matching orb. Legend akainu boosts all of them, but at this point you just make a stronger akainu team.

Or you change raid boa with wild Sanji, sabo wirh inuarashi, doffy with invasion cabbage, and then you have a slasher team and you can boost them with a Zoro. But again, if you have TS Zoro you use him as captain, not borsa.

Best Borsalino team is unironically a psy shooter team + cannonball ship. Monet can be replaced with utility stuff, HP cutters or better future units.

This is another interesting team because you have 6 orbs + orb boost + class boost for two non-consecutive turns, which is great for colosseum. TS Zoro would be better, but we'd fall back to the "he is a better captain" problem, and that's one more legend you have to pull anyway.

Why doesn't Global still have Chopperman missions and the same permanent Skillup rate as Japan? I just started but from seeing what Japna has I'm getting a bit discouraged from playing on global, seeing that it looks like they neglect the global side really badly. Might even be a sign that global is not profitable enough to develop and might be discontinued sooner or later.

OPTC is farm farm farm the game, there's nothing else to do and it juat wears old quick. I don't know how you people managed to get to level 300, honestly. I'm 150 and I only play on to get my daily gems and farm Mihawk on weekend. The abysmal useful unit rate and the fact that your pulls tend to be hotori, kokori, hachi and chaka makes it bad, but then you can't use your new units right away, you need to farm farm farm their books, their sockets, the exp, the material to evolve them. I'm level 300+ and I can't say you're wrong. There's always been these big stretches of time where nothing is going on, then they'll release the movie content for 2 weeks only and force everyone to burn-out grinding.
Crew cost, evolvers and exp aren't really a problem but the skill-books and raid copies still get on my nerves sometimes. Also we can't forget the big kick the teeth that is our shitty skill-up rates, and no Chopperman at 6.2 was another giant let-down.

I can't quit though.I'm gonna spend money on it for the first time the next sale. That's another thing. The sales on this are shit compared to other games.
