I've been testing this in unraked and it bricks hard. Needing to have to ramp up correctly, while staying alive and clearing the board, plus having to draw your three win conditions, and wasting a turn playing Windmill makes this a meme tier deck.

I really blame Goblin Leader more than I blame Feria. Gives you stats above curve the moment he hits board, goes out of control if he's not answered, makes reliable targets for all the banner effects neutral has.

Has anyone thought of the ramifications of this? How broken are class cards going to have to be next expansion to compete with how busted the neutral synergy currently is?

Is the game just dead balance wise at this point? The neutral aggro curve is so strong that they'll have to print better class aggro options to compete or print absolutely insane control cards that shift the game so far in the other direction that we'll just go back to the Aegis and combo decks being the only viable options.

the problem with neutral aggro in general is that the removal just isn't up to snuff. Even on a bad hand, they can often overrun the board if they get a few key cards.

Goblin Leader generates too much attack value, which is the biggest issue, and honestly can be solved with one of the following possible nerfs

1) Cost increase to 4. Similar to Catacomb nerf. but would honestly render the card unusable (though many might not care about that)

2) Change the effect to spawn a goblin at the start of the turn rather than the end of one. Gives one less direct attack, the goblin that spawns has to be evolved to do anything, and makes it a much bigger benefit to remove Leader the turn he's played.

3) Keep Goblin Leader as is, but changes the effect to "At the end of your turn, summon a Goblin if there is not already a Goblin in play.

While Alice and Feria are troublesome, it's Goblin Leader shitting out followers that gives them their value. These changes would be simple and significantly reduce their efficacy.

Other things that should at least be explored are

but I think the goblin leader changes would cinch it a bit better than either of those

You can tank a 2pp and a goblin for a turn if you need to set up or don't have the removal, and if they get blown out by something wide you're down two cards.

Goblin leader is a single card that's above curve after one turn and way above curve after two turns. He has to answered immediately or he can run away with the game, and even if he is dealt with immediately he's already gaining you resources on board.
