Someone enlighten me on armlet toggling and tread toggling.

Like generally, what are the inner nuances of tread and armlet toggling? Armlet toggle seems really easy to understand but hard to master?

As far as tread switching though.. what are the secrets? As far as I can tell, swapping to int treads when you cast a spell and then swap back to str or agi when you aren't casting? Is that all there is to it?

Is there ever a time when a str hero might want the agi over the str? I just don't under at what moments would you use which tread?

for str heros, if youre shrine healing you'd want to switch to agi to lower your max HP in order to get the most out of the shrine. same goes for any items in your inventory that have stats for int or str, place them in your backback before hitting the shrine

other than armlet toggling, tread toggling really only saves like 30~ or so mana so it isnt needed focused on if youre trying to improve your mmr unless you your playing very mana intensive heros. Watch video guides, watch pro players and see what they do. Pick a simple hero and try your best to master them. He is much more difficult than you think and much much harder than people tell you.
Anyone can stomp with a fully farmed level 25 Meepo against a bunch of level 10 heroes with basically no items.
The difficult part is finishing farming within that magic timing window and ending the game as soon as possible.
After minute 30, you basically do not win as Meepo, it's just how the hero works.

this is the level of farm you're supposed to have at 12 min in a good TA game
You have lvl 4 meld, a blight stone and a blink, choose literally any lane and go kill them all and take tower, repeat, if they stop pushing their lanes, put traps in their jungle camps, bounty runes and pathways and start aggressively farming THEIR jungle, keep refraction on you at all times by dodging jungle creep aggro with meld and keep blink on your strongest item hotkey so that you can either GTFO and make space or kill somebody if hes alone
