Doubt it. If you don't already have 3 stars you'll get it within a minute in self-defense, and it does absolutely nothing to the worst contender, aircraft.

Vehicle warehouse is 100 000$ every 20 minutes (I think), if you're lucky and have top tier cars every time. And if you can steal and deliver cars without damage and without a cargobob.
Sightseer/headhunter is about 20 000$ every 15 minutes, but it's easier and you can do it in a solo sessiono (at least sightseer).
Personally, I'd say vehicle warehouse is faster. But without a cargobob you'll have to deal with randoms in an open session, or NPCs with too good aim in an empty session.

And yeah, not getting a scratch can be difficult. On delivering it's easy if you're in an empty session and have a cargobob. But stealing them can be fucking impossible to do without a scratch depending on the mission, though you can reroll them if you see it's a shit mission like the ones where they're off-shore.
Still, I think with a margin of 20 000$ for repair costs you'd still be pretty good. 60k/20min is pretty good, about 2 times as fast as VIP missions. Crates should be faster though.

You gotta use the MK2 weapons with extended mags to be able to beat it at all, cuck* really went the extra mile to make sure the shooting range was pay to win. I managed to beat the pistol 3* with just the standard 9mm with extended mag, but as soon as you touch anything fully auto you're fucked. I spent 2 hours trying to get 3* in the SMG, just to do the upgrade, and then beat it first try. It's trivial with MK2 weapons, and impossible without them.

There should be a driver for it on Microsoft's website. Not sure if they still update it, but it's a good excuse to check for a newer version. Uninstall it completely, then use the latest driver.
