yes. lots of stuff that would normally work on other characters don't work on bears. Bears fall out of a lot of combos that would work on any other character so you have o do bear specific combos. Oh one more thing, keep your distance on him, he has very little that's actually useful at range (qcb+3, qcb+2, 3+4) and all of it is weak to SSR.

Keep him out with jabs and fast pokes and bait out whiffs for punishing. Watch out for obvious baits like whiffed orbitals since they recover so fast.
