Second of all: You. Aren't. Challenger. It doesn't matter what happens in the top 200, because it has no effect on the game played by the other 99,9% of the playerbase. League isn't more stompy than before. How could it be with all the xp-catchup mechanics they implemented? In the early seasons you were FUCKED when you got counterjungled, now you just get twice the xp from the next camp that spawns.

If I'm playing ADC it's because I autofilled, I know I suck at it and I'm not really in the mood to learn. The only one I do well with is Twitch because I buy a couple of items, press R and things die like flies and on him I don't get mercs. Started playing Tristana over the last few days and holy hell, she's a load of fun.

Why don't more people play her in low-elo? Nice escapes with W and ult and synergizes extremely well with snare/stun supports because of it, great safety knockback with ult in case you need to save your straggling support/teammate and the Q is absolutely amazing for taking down turrets post-mid game.

Only real downside is that it takes a while for her to scale, but low-elo games tend to surpass the 30+ min mark anyway so it's not that big of a deal. Plus she hits like fucking truck in late-game. Not as good as late-game Kog, Twitch, Vayne or Death's Dance Draven, but she's still pretty high up there and a considerably safer pick compared to said hyper-carries; with Twitch being the only exception thanks to his stealth. But even then she still has a safer laning phase and much better early game wave clear than him, imo.

I'm actually kinda shocked that her win rate is sitting at only 48% percent. Failed hard with the first 3-6 games with her - but once I got used to her kit and when to time her Rocket Jump engages, I've been dominating laning phase and hard-carrying most of my games ever since.

The problem with Tristana is that her laning phase is pretty shit but if hook bros are more popular than poke then it gets easier. The other issue is that playing these lategame champions concedes a lot of early game pressure, so if your team keeps losing towers while you're trying to farm it's a hard knock life.
