This is the one I'm running, it's still in testing but I'm on a 7 game streak for what it's worth. It's designed to snipe Neutral Aggro specifically but intentionally throws certain match ups you might run into like Ramp Dragon and Ambush Blood for consistent wins against the day 1 meta.

Hard mulligan for Plea or Elana. You don't need Elana on curve to win and I often don't play one until turn 7 if I need to control board, but a naked Elana on 3 will usually win games right there. Don't be afraid to use targeted healing on your followers instead of your body, knowing what Neutral can afford to trade into wins you games.

Worth noting is that I've run into 0 Dirt Burn playtesting and have no idea how the deck handles against it.

? I have Pinion, Beast Call Aleria, Snow White and Mianyu as my 1-2 drops, drop 3 is Elana of course. Amulets are great since they can attack right away, avoid getting destroyed and get buffed by the heals. That's what I did to get around all the follower destroying card and effects. You just can't get a beefy card to stay on longer than a turn, so I found it better to play lower level followers.

I think I've realized why I fucking hate the current meta so much, it's the handbuffing, most cards that let you buff up your followers have a nice condition attached to them, Banner meme gave +1/+0 and it was for officers only, Elana requires you to play the Amulet and then heal your face to activate it, Castle in the Sky requires a bunch of followers and good timing. But then we get this fucking monster that is Alice, low cost, good stats and a condition that might as well not exist because you WILL have a bunch of neutral shit either in play, or in your hand, either due to the deckbuilding or because of Mirror.
There's no downside to playing Alice, you don't need to plan ahead since it buffs both your hand and the field at the same time, it'd require at least some strategy or thought if you could choose between buffing your hand or buffing your board.

She's been amazing for me. The board heal can actually be very relevant, and you don't have to kill the enemy Odile in all circumstances since it comes out unevolved. Sometimes I swing Odette into a ward, push through and they have to use the Odile to kill her on their turn anyways so they get nothing out of it.
